2. How do you ship the samples?
- If you have your own forwarder, we will send samples to your agent.
If you do not have a forwarder, we will send you samples via DHL.
3. Do I need to pay for a sample delivery?
--Yes. If you do not have your forwarder. We provide free samples, and you need to pay for international shipping from China to your country.
4. How many samples? How much is the weight?
- We provide 16 bottles of samples for free, the weight of the sample is about 1 kg.
5. How long does it take to ship?
- DHL shipping takes about 3 days. Delivery of goods takes 10-20 days.
6. How can I pay for shipping?
- You can pay for delivery via PayPal or Alibaba.
7. Can I find out the price of a product before receiving samples?
--Well, of course; naturally. Please tell me how many bottles of one color and how many milliliters you need to order, you need to make a personal label or you need a small color box for packaging. Thank!
8. Do all products have minimum MOQ requirements?
- No, we have many products that do not require any MOQ requirements. We have our own factory, if you can satisfy the MOQ requirements, we can make any color for you, make your personal formula according to your requirements and so on.
