A: Yes, we are manufacturer with continuous and improved R&D, production, sales and service supply of nail beauty products. Our factory was located in Heyuan,China, which scientifically designed as per GMPC,CPSR,MSDS standard. We welcome OEM/Private Label.With rich industrial experience and reputation, we will help you to build/expand your brand of nail products fastly.
Q2: What is your Main products? Can you explain in detail?
A: Our main product is nail beauty product, including Hema Free Gel Polisn,Base Gel,Top Coat,Metalic Gel,Three Step Gel,One Step Gel,Poly Gel,Builder Gel,Painting Gel,Gel Polish Set and Other Function Gel Polish
Q3: Can I get samples before the order? How can I get it?
A: Quality is the Life for a brand of products. We are pleased to offer you sample to test the quality before the order. You need to tell us which/what product you are interest, inform us your detail Address for delivery cost checking. So we can check delivery cost & inform you by return by sending a Sample Invoice. Sample delivery mostly takes 5-7 working days to your door by air express.
Q4: If I want to make order from you, What's your MOQ?
A: Case 1 /Regular Stock cargo: for some items product we have regular stock, we accept small order like 5- 10pcs for each item. (Based that your country market is still open, means we do not assign any exclusive distributor)
Case 2 / OEM Private Label: mostly it will depends on the packing material, together with product formula itself. Averagely
speaking,60pcs you can build your own brand label. (Need to be confirmed after evaluate your request)
Q5: What is the procedure, if I need OEM/buy products with my Own brand name?
Step 1: Tell us what item you want to do for your private label;
Step 2: Confirm packing & products formulation (get sample in hand for easier confirm)
Step 3: Quotation & Contract. Confirm the price/MOQ/payment terms/delivery terms.
Step 4: Arrange 40% deposit to us according to PI amount
Step 5: Send trademark Authorization letter to us, also send us your designed label file.
Step 6: We make your label file sample & picture to you for final design confirm.
Step 7: Production
Step 8: Collect the balance payment when production finished.
Step 9: Delivery. (use your shipping agent, or help to source a shipping agent for you)
Q6: What's your payment terms, if we want to cooperate with your company?
A: Our payment policy is 40% payment upon order, and 60% payment before delivery. Your Payment can be sent to us via T/T, western union, or Ali TradeAssurance order.
Q7: What is the delivery time after I confirm by order?
A: For Regular Stock cargo, normally 1-2 weeks after order confirmed by payment;
For OEM/Private Label cargo, it takes15-20 days after deposit received and the design file was final confirmed by your side. (To purchase your label with printing factory it takes around 5-10 days, we production around 15 days)
